[Plugin: FeedList] Add widget to page

I’ve downloaded and installed the FeedList widget on a course blog. I’ve figured out how to call it on a page rather than using the widget in a sidebar, but what I can’t figure out is how to get it to display the “author” name. This is an option that can be checked if using the widget in the sidebar. I think I’ve got the code right:

But I can’t get the author’s name to show up on the page like it does in the sidebar. (It’s called by the <cite></cite> tag in the sidebar.

Any tips or ideas? I’m learning as I go here so I wouldn’t be surprised if I missed something simple.
