Comment Email Notification Issue

I did some googling and I can not seem to find a answer to my issue.

My wife runs a blog and she has 2 contributors. The contributors do not care to receive comment notification emails at all. However the admin would like to get the emails.

I really do not want to change the author of all the contributor posts and I do not want to turn off Comment Notification all together.
