Sending data to Zapier

    Hi,

I want to send a hidden field, stating the page name through to Zapier. I’ve tried following a few different guides on it but with no success. I saw a post 8 months ago saying a new update allows you to do it with special Mail Tags, nothing seems to be working though.

    Anyone got any ideas?
