Reset password email missing

    Hi,
    The members on my site don’t get the reset password email after clicking on the “Forgot password” button. I tried it as well and even after half an hour nothing is showing in my inbox (and it’s not in my spam). What do you think is the problem?

    Hi @lindagester,

    Could you please confirm that you are getting other emails, such as admin email, registration emails etc? Also, please confirm whether you are on the latest version of the plugin or not. And if you could include the URL of your registration page then that would be helpful.

    Hi,
    I’m actually not using the plugin to register users, just to show the login form and for the users to be able to change their passwords. Do you need to be registered by the plugin to receive the forgot password emails?

    I am facing the same issue! Also, checked other notification emails and those are working fine. even admin forget password notifications working fine but when i am trying it on plugin login form then it does not work. Can you please help me to fix this issue?

    Plus, the main thing is when i am trying to enter my email and submit it then it showing me that “Password reset email has been sent”. But i am not getting emails regarding this.
