you have to make a cat egory then add posts to it which will add it to your menu – if tehere are no postst in it then it wont be in the menu –
also all the posts in it will be in a list not the full post or image or nuffin
you may find inline posts plugin usefull
also best to have 3 sgtatic pages abouit etc and one archive page / category – or use a pop ular post plugin to have cats
