The Tip Jar WP styles should all be standardized for optimal checkout by default. However, it might be possible that your theme is over-riding some of those styles. Can you send a link to your website where the Tip Jar is in use? I’ll take a look and see what I can recommend for you!
I’m just experimenting with the plug in on a page that’s live but not available through a menu link: https://www.funtimecruisers.com/current-survey
I’m thinking I can do a work around by just leaving the subtitle blank and give an explanation at the top of the page using a larger font. But if you have any suggestion, that’s fine.
On a differnt note, some of the screen shots at https://wordpress.org/plugins/tip-jar-wp/#description show audio files in the subtitle area. How is that done?
