    Hi,
    I use your plugin recently. I have a problem updating the user profile.

    when i want to change the information the button does not work. Can you help me please.

    Hi @elylou

    Try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if it helps.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    i have found the problem
    Messages on my console

    Hi @elylou

    Can you please change the theme to Customizr to something default like TwentyNineteen and check if the issue is still there.

    Can you please try to temporary disable all your plugins except Ultimate member and see if this issue goes away.
    Please also attach the screenshot of this issue.
