Not working and no support available

Hello All,
I have used this plugin, after configuration I found no changes in front-end regarding BlueSnap payment gateway.
Also I have created a support thread for the same more than a month ago, but no response from author. Check here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-showing-option-to-go-ahead-from-checkout/Very disappointing !!
