Login issue after installing reCacptcha

Hi everyone,
I am kind of desperate after I have lost access to my WordPress adm. due to installation of Google reCaptcha v3. I do not know exactly what I have done wrong :/

At login I try to send password reset request which I receive a link to reset the password, on my email. But when clicking on the link I end up with the following message:

“Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”
ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type

Is there something I can do?
