    Hi, congratulations for the plugin.

    In the “orders” panel, when entering a new tracking code, is it possible to add an automatic update to private notes? In this way, the store has a complete view of the history of the order.

    Hi, Thanks, the order notes is tracking the order status and stock if you manage stock, if you add tracking info and change the order status to “Shipped”, this action will be included in the notes.

    Do you mean to add a log of entering the tracking info added to orders? can you explain the business need?

    Hi Toti, I want to make sure we are on the same page
    I think you sent me the text you want to send to the customer in the email? this info is sent to the customer in the order emails and on their accounts for each order.
    The tracking info + link and date shipped are also displayed on the order admin, on the shipment tracking panel.

    the order notes are not for the customer, they’re for the store admins, we can add a note when to add or delete tracking information from orders, the note will say that shipment tracking info was added/or deleted but it’s just a log and just for admins.

    Yes, I mean a log in the order note, only for the administrator in the backend.
    I probably wrote it badly in English, but the sense was just to keep track of changes to the backend tracking.
