Not Subscribed User Problem

IONIC v3 + WordPress.
Hi, i have an app conected with wordpress. I have a lot of subscribers and all receives notifications correctly. I use my phone for test the app.
The notifications always worked perfectly for me on my phone, but now they stopped working for me and in the onesignal panel my ID appears as “Not Subscribed”. The notifications of the same version of my app work perfectly in other phones. I already tried the following things.
– Uninstall and install my app several times.
– Turn the phone on and off.
– Remove the cache from my app.My phone is a XIAOMI My 8 Lite with Android 9.
I also tried to delete my ID from the onesignal panel but I can’t delete it either, when I delete it it appears again.
How else can I “delete” my ID to try to “subscribe” it again?
