Lost Feeds

I upgraded my site from WP 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 today, switching my install directories in the process (was /wordpress, now is just /). In the process, I lost my RSS2 and Atom feed URIs.
http://www.mostlymuppet.com/feed/rss2/ & http://www.mostlymuppet.com/feed/atom/
don’t seem to exist, but
http://www.mostlymuppet.com/wp-rss2.php &
http://www.mostlymuppet.com/wp-atom.php
do exist and both work fine.
How do I get WP to regenerate the redirect URIs?
