How do I change allowed tags for comments?

    Hi…

    You know where it says “You can use these tags:” above the comment form?

    I’ve been trying to figure out how to change that. There are several tags that nobody uses, but you can’t use the paragraph tag or several other basics.

    How do I change which HTML tags are allowed?
