nonce failed to verify error

    Hello,

    We are using the form on a few pages on our site, the very bottom of the first page for example. When it gets filled out and submitted it gives a “There was a problem with your submission” error, but if you immediately re-try it, it works. I worked with Constant Contact support and we updated to 1.60 but still have the issue. We turned on debug logs. This is what they look like:

    You can see the error and then trying again seems to work. Any help you can provide would be appreciated!

    Sounds like the nonce value(s) were cached and possibly outdated, and when the new attempt was made, those were fresh. Hopefully just a momentary issue, but it definitely could crop up again.

    Keep an eye on things and let us know, we’ll see what we can do to help.

    It seems to happen every time someone submits the form and is unfortunately not an intermittent issue.

    Hmm, can you confirm what caching plugins, if any, you have installed at the moment? Also what hosting do you use, in case it helps?

    Also can you confirm that you received a signup for support@pluginize.com ?

    I do see the signup showing in Constant Contact. I’ll see what I can get for you on the other stuff.
