Shortcode Builder page giving error

    Hello,

    Whenever I click on the “Shortcode Builder”. The page gives 500 error. All the other pages are working except for that.

    Please let me know if there is anything to solve this.

    Hi @pavanbhat,
    I haven’t had this before.
    Question, do you have a lot of users/categegoies/tags on your site?
    If so, it might be a query issue in the builder. To fix this goto Ajax Load More > Settings and check the Dynamic Content option to disable the queries on this page.
