what are you inputting and which setting to be precise?

Enter HTML in Head

Enter HTML in Body (beginning of body tag)

Why are you adding the analytics that way? we already have an option for it?
In your code, the id is GTM-XXXXXX
Can you share the screenshots of the settings?
