• Hey
Been using the um plugin and love it but I have a problem.
Once the plugin is activated, my admin role doesn’t have enough permission to do changes in the admin – (i.e cant change the home page display from latest post to custom page ) and I get kicked out of the admin all the time.

Once I de-activate the plugin everything works fine…
How can I set the plugin to ignore the admin activities completely?
Been trying to reset the roles and try different options but no success

    thanks!

    Hi @omibomi,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
Do you use multisite install or have any other membership or security plugins active?

This issue can be because of some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

    Hey
    Version 2.0.56
    No multisite
Did a conflict test with Twenty Fifteen theme and conflict still exists
Conflict example – when trying to change main page design to a static page (instead of posts) I get a message(“You need higher user permissions. You do not have permission to edit a design using customization.”) and get disconnected.

the test was done with disabling all plugins

    Thanks!!
