CSV Import doesn’t finished

Hello there.
I always used the import/export feature with no troubles.
But now something is not working fine anymore: When I try to import a CSV file, the importer reachs this screen (the last before the FINISH) and doesn’t shows the last screen

I’m using WordPress 5.1.1 with Enfold theme.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve run into with the CSV importer recently. You may find some clues as to what’s wrong in the logs. Go to WooCommerce > Status and click on the Logs tab. There is a drop-down at the top where you can select any available logs. Look for fatal error logs from around the date/time when the import was run.
See if it has any information about what went wrong around the time of the import. Also when the import screen gets stuck, try looking in the JavaScript console to see if there any errors that are reported there. You can find that by going to View > Developer > JavaScript Console in your browser’s menu.
If you still have trouble, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.
Let me know what you find out and we’ll go from there.

I was having an issue with the log folder and I finally fixed it. But the log has no information – it has 0 bytes.
I had to use a plugin to import the new products, which is not the best idea. I can even export using that plugin, but the template is diffeerent from the one we use. If I try to export using the default export, it doesn’t export all the products (we have 710 and it exports around 50) then it stops, but I never saw the “finished” page.

For example, if I search for a plugin, the working icon never stops and I see no restult – I have to hit F5 to show the results.Thanks for looking into that further. Here are a couple of things I would do if this was my site.
- Look at increasing the memory. It’s possible that with 64mb of memory, the system is running out while processing the import. Your web host can likely help you with that.
- Set up a staging site. This is a copy of your live site for testing. Once it is set up, try a CSV import and see if it works. If it doesn’t then temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and use one of the default themes. Try again. If it works, then we’ll know it’s a code conflict.
