Test Mode Transaction – Not Completing

    When adding a product to cart and going through the checkout process – after payment – the page freezes and does not proceed to the Order Details (Success) Page. The spinning gif just spins and nothing happens. Stripe dashboard shows no errors in the logs. All plugins are deactivated but WooCommerce, Stripe, ACF Pro, WP Bakery. All plugins are up to date.

    Hi there,

    I took a look at your site, and I’m seeing a few console errors that the theme is throwing – https://cld.wthms.co/99HesX

    I know you did some of this, but a full conflict test is necessary here. First, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate *all* plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe, and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
