    The templates that come with this are terribly plain.

    Are there any plans to add a simple customizer to the layout or tie it into the templates that WooCommerce sends?

    Do we have to manually generate these emails in HTML/CSS and overwrite your templates?

    @mobtown Thank you for your interest in Cart Abandonment plugin.

    Currently, plugin consists of 3 plain email templates which are designed with the data analysis under the guidance of analytics experts.

    Yes, for now, you have to generate your email template manually however you want and just paste/add it into email template body. You can still use dynamic variables to add the checkout URL, products, coupon code, etc.

    I really appreciate your suggestion and I have added your valuable suggestion in our development queue and will work on a priority basis.
