    That’s because the remaining ones are background-images chrisso23, which AO can optimize but can’t lazyload/ serve as webp. of the 3 I see left 2 were set in the autoptimized CSS-file, but 1 is set in the inline style attribute of the div itself and that last one can also be lazyloaded in what will become AO26. If you want you can download the beta of that version here to test it.

    hope this helps,

    Hi Frank,

    thx for the quick reply!
    How can i solve the background image issue to satisfy PSI? Can i do something with ShortPixel or AO or do i need another plugin?

    hmm … some tips/ feedback;

    * GPSI has it’s use, but don’t fall for the trap of continuously trying to please it, it’s “just a tool”
    * given one of the background images is defined in an inline attribute and that AO26 (beta) can lazyload that, you could try changing the 2 other background-images (which are now set in external CSS) to use the same method?
    * I’m not saying there is no plugin that can lazyload background-images that are set in external CSS, but I don’t know of one

    hope this helps,
    frank
