• When I first signed up with WordPress, I was the administrator and could approve comments, etc. We also had an option that would allow me to choose who authored a blog post, and I had two names in that.

Now, when I login as site administrator, my access is restricted. I can’t approve comments, for example. And I am listed as the author of anything new I add, and the other person’s name has disappeared as an option.

I don’t know why this happened, but feel like it might have been when I tried to login and had forgotten my password.

How can I fix this? I have comments right now I want to approve and this is a time-sensitive issue.

    My blog: http://www.fatfreemind.com

    Thanks

  • You would need to access your blog’s database using something like Phpmyadmin and check your entry in the wp_users table.
