    yes ive already ticked in expert settings to delete local backup from my wordpress hosting server

    i use ftp for remote server where my backup is sent but it also save copy on my local hosting server even after enabling not to save backup on my local hosting server

    Can you please try to manually delete the backups inside wp-content/updraft folder from FTP/File Manager.

    Save the settings checking the “Delete local backups” option and re-run the backup process, then check if the local backups are deleted inside wp-content/updraft folder.
