DIY buttons not loading/displaying properly

I have create buttons by rounding the edges on a small div/column, adding text, URL link, CSS class and hover animation. When I view my page they rarely load properly. Is there a reason why they are not loading?

Perhaps the fact they are rounded corners, or URL linked, or have hover animations, or have opacity shifted? I previously had them slide in the left – but removed it to see if it fixes the issue. It did not fix it.

I just want them to appear when the page loads.
