Translate email?

    Hi Support,

    We really love this plugin! Hopefully you can help us.
    Our webshop is in 2 languages like NL & ENG.

    But is it possible to make 1 email for both languages?
    Because it seems like we can only make the email in NL…

    Hey,
    The plugin you are using to make your site multilingual would control this. For Example, Polylang allows you to edit through string translations.

    We are using WPML.
    So we have to change the strings?

    WPML has a string translation add on, you will need that, you can access that and find the email strings that you’ve edited in the customizer. I’m sure WPML support can help you set that up if you’re unfamiliar with their string translation options.

    It’s also worth noting that you will need to make sure you translate this plugin into each language you are using, there are some translations available but not all so you will want to confirm that.
