no form fields

    I have 1 form on my site, and it will randomly break and just say “no form fields”.
    Obviously I have no idea when this happens, and I do not find out unless I just happen to check my contact page, which means it could be broken for months before I noticed.
    I then have to edit the form and re-publish it to make it work again.
