    Hi Folks,

We have inserted an NGG Album into our page using the toolbar button which inserted shortcode:

    [ngg src=”albums” ids=”1″ display=”basic_compact_album”]

However, at our page we see the error

    [Not a valid template]

Our site uses SiteOrigin Page Builder, and the shortcode above is inserted into a Visual Editor widget.

    Help appreciated.
    Steve

    Hello @insightdes

Let’s try to remove and re-install the plugin and see if that solves the problem. It’s not common, but, sometimes the files get corrupted during install or updates.

You can also try to re-insert the gallery and save before testing again.

Please, let us know how it goes.

    Thanks Gaby.

Reinstalling NGG to the latest version, and updating Site Origin Page Builder to the latest version resolved the issue.

    Cheers,
    Steve
