Search box, Reviews

Hi it is a new website and I was finding some listing plugin so I got this one and is this possible to add search box on top centre in our website over the slider?

One more thing request u to help how can I disable login and register for add reviews, I don’t want people have to login for submit review, want free for anyone can give review for each college, i would really thankful if u can help me out.
