Hello and thank you for any and all help ahead of time.

My site is located at http://www.kalotemps.com.

I have a user that is requesting my wordpress ID so that she can subscribe to updates through her own wordpress blog. I wasn’t sure what she meant at first so, I directed her to the RSS feed for my site (http://kalotemps.com/?feed=rss2) and also to the email subscription box on the sidebar. But that is not what she wanted.

    Here is her response:
“With wordpress I can subscribe to updates through my blog as long as I know the ____________.wordpress.com part and that’s what I was looking for because it looked like this site was using a wordpress foundation.”

I’m really confused about what she wants.

    Thank you,
    Musezy

  • wordpress.com users form a small network and, through wordpress.com, can follow each other’s blogs providing they know the site owner’s id (often the first part of the foo.wordpress.com url).

If your blog isn’t hosted by wordpress. com, then you obviously don’t have wordpress.com id to pass on.
