SiteMap not updating

    Got any ideas why my site map has stopped updating? No, I have not noindexed the post, but the site map is no longer updating.

    Hi Mike,

    I hope you’re enjoying your weekend!

    Are you using a caching plugin? Some of those plugins may cache the sitemap and prevent TSF from updating it whenever it should. See if there’s an option to exclude URLs from being cached, and add the sitemap to it.

    I am not aware of other causes of this issue. Cheers!

    The site map is definitely not updating as of yesterday. listed it in the litespeed do not cache the same results, deactivated the plugin with same results. What I’m would like to know is how to delete your plugin and reinstall it without losing the meta stuff I have put in about 100 posts?

    Hello again!

    Could I have the URL to the affected domain? I’m not sure if we’re speaking of the same sitemap at this point. It should look like this one: https://theseoframework.com/sitemap.xml.

    You can reset The SEO Framework via its settings page; there’s a button at the top and bottom for this. Doing so will return all global SEO settings to their default values. The metadata for your posts and terms will remain intact.
