    Hi,
I am a massage therapist and I would like to have a static schedule of 9 appointment slots with set times on Saturdays and Sundays. Is there a way to do that? For example I would like to make the following appointments on Saturdays and Sundays available:
    10-11
    11:15-12:15
    12:30-1:30
    1:45-2:45
    3-4
    4:15-5:15
    5:30-6:30
    6:45-7:45
    8-9

In “Settings” – “General”- “Default time slot step” it only give me the option to set 1hour appointments not 1hour 15 minutes.

I see on the video at: https://wpamelia.com/general-settings/ there is an option in: “Settings” – “General”- “Use service duration for time slot” that I do not have in my version. Is there a way I can have that included in the version I have? Currently I have version 1.2.1

    Thanks in advance,
    Justin

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

As I can see your services don’t last 1 hour and 15 minutes, they last 1 hour and you have buffer time of 15 minutes after each one. This can be set in the Service settings, you can set duration of 1 hour and buffer time after 15 minutes and your time slots will be shown like this.

As for the version, you can update the version manually just follow the explanation from our documentation page here https://wpamelia.com/installing/.

    Best regards.

    Thank you for your response.
The ‘buffer time’ in Service Settings only allows for 1 hour increments not 15 minutes. How do I add a 15 minute buffer?
    Thanks,
    Justin

    Hi Justin,

You need to change the default time slot step set in the General Settings. All time based settings follow the default time slot step that you set there.

    Best regards.

I got the time part figured out, thank you!
I downloaded the Amelia update. How do I install it?
    Thanks,
    Justin

    Hi,
Is it possible for clients to cancel their scheduled appointment through Amelia?
    Thank you
