We have 12 wordpress sites, they all use the same basic configuration and plugins. The CleanTalk plugin is up to date.

Today however, we started getting spams.

When I check the cleantalk settings for this specific site, it says the last request from our website was 2 days ago, and logs do not show any of the forms that have been filled out in the last 2 days.

I tried removing and re-installing the plugin, but it still shows as last server communication 2 days ago and is still not working.

    Please advise

Report after deleting the service, uninstalling the plugin, setting up a new service, re-installing the plugin, getting new API Key and updating the plugin’s API Key:
NOTE: We did not want or need the FireWall service, we already had a solution in place for that. We wanted CleanTalk for SPAM only.

Last spam check request to http://moderate6.cleantalk.org server was at Aug 05 2019 15:57:45.
Average request time for past 7 days: 0.581 seconds.

There are no failed connections to server.

    Hello, @reganengman.

According to your CleanTalk profile, your websites send spam check requests and everything is fine except a few ones.

Most likely the issue is in the access keys.
