Potential issues from migration

Hello,
Used the paid plugin to migrate from Joomla to WP. I was wondering, are there any potential issues or things that need to be cleaned up within the database of the WP site after this migration?

Everything seemed to migrate properly. The site is an online learning eBook and there are lots of custom taxonomy to group content together into feeds. But, I’m having an issue with all of the created taxonomy is not showing up in the admin meta box. Most are there, but about 1/4 are missing.

I also saw this happen with the native categories feature for posts where not all would appear, and I saw something similar when selecting the parent cpt from the parent dropdown where not all of the posts were listed in the dropdown.

Could there be some cleaning that needs to be done in the database? Is it possible that there are PHP memory settings affecting this?
