Plugin has failed after updating plugins & themes

I installed the plugin, AMB Variable Affiliate Products for WooCommerce, last year and it has worked wonderfully. However, yesterday I updated my client’s plugins & themes and today, a purchase was made for an affiliate product by one of her customers. Instead of going to Amazon as it should have, it kicked the purchase to PayPal for the digital product. Can you please tell me what I must do to fix this? Below, I have copy/pasted my system status. Hopefully, this can help in determining what the problem is. I have checked all other products set up in this way and they all do the same thing. They do not send to the affiliate for tangible products.
