• I installed the plugin, AMB Variable Affiliate Products for WooCommerce, last year and it has worked wonderfully. However, yesterday I updated my client’s plugins & themes and today, a purchase was made for an affiliate product by one of her customers. Instead of going to Amazon as it should have, it kicked the purchase to PayPal for the digital product. Can you please tell me what I must do to fix this? Below, I have copy/pasted my system status. Hopefully, this can help in determining what the problem is. I have checked all other products set up in this way and they all do the same thing. They do not send to the affiliate for tangible products.

  • It looks like you have a backup on the site? I had issues like that with the latest release and went back to version 1.0.0 until the import works OK (which is another thing not quite right).

Version 1.0.1 has worked fine up until July. This is the first purchase in August and there have been a lot of updates since July. My client reports this is the first time this has occurred. I am running a conflict test right now. So far, it’s not conflicting with any of my plugins.

I have run a conflict check with all plugins and themes. There is no interaction/conflict. My assumption is that it is conflicting with WordPress.

    Hi @hehafner

I’m sorry for all of the trouble. I’ve tried to replicate this in my testing environment but I’m not able to. Have you checked the product to make sure the “Affiliate Product” option is still enabled in the “Inventory” tab of the product in question? Also, is this happening with every product on the site, or just one particular product?

    Thread Starter hehafner

    (@hehafner)

@ambmills I checked all links to confirm it wasn’t operator error. All links in the product were all correct. When I clicked on the affiliate product, it went to the pdf, on all affiliate paperback products. My client got tired of waiting. She has customers trying to buy the paperback books, so she had me bypass the plugin.
