    Hello,

We are using Divi theme/ Visual Builder for our website. We are using the free Woocommerce plugin and Woocommerce Builder For Divi plugin by Divi Kingdom. Our shop is an affiliate product shop where we display all the products from our posts in one searchable location with links taking you to the online shop like Amazon for example.

We installed both plugins last Friday and got it up and running by the following Tuesday. It was working fine. The Woocommerce builder for Divi which allowed us to build customized templates for each category and the sidebar filter/search widget (not sure if that is from Woocommerce or Divi) was working perfectly.

Today we were adding more products in for our upcoming posts and noticed none of the links in the shop are working. The products appear as they should, they still filter perfectly but when clicked it the page looks like it’s going to a new page but then reloads back to the current page versus going to Amazon for example. We checked out the same links within our blog posts and they are all functioning correctly taking you from our website to the affiliate product on a store like Amazon.

Could there have been a setting that got accidentally switched on/off on woocommerce since that was the only plugin we were working in today?

Any help would be great!! We would hate to have build this shop again.

    Best wishes,
    Gina

    Hi Gina

WooCommerce Affiliate products are a core feature and you can check on the settings for them at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-16

If you are using a Divi tool to help build your products, there could be additional settings there (you’ll need to reach out to Divi for help with that).

One thing I can suggest, is temporarily disable all divi plugins and switch your theme to Storefront and see how the links behave then. If they work under Storefront, that points to an issue with your Divi setup.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
