Hello, I am having trouble with the Apple Pay payment button on any of my product pages (an example should be linked below). The Google/Samsung/Microsoft/etc. button works perfectly fine, however the Apple Pay button simply does not show. The site has been tested in supported iOS devices and browsers, in supported regions, but no luck. I’ve already deleted the domain from the Stripe dashboard and reinstalled it, and I’ve deleted the entire plugin and reinstalled it. If anyone can offer insight into why the button would not be displayed, that would be extremely helpful!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Please make sure you have completed the steps at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-8

If you have and the buttons are still not working, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

My site has been verified and I downloaded the verification file. I am not really sure what to do with the verification file or what this next step means:

    “Host the verification file
You’ll need to host the verification file you downloaded above at your domain in the following location:https://example.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association”

    Can you please clarify?

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi there!

That means that you need to download the file, and add it to your site via FTP to that directory. However, as noted at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/E#section-8 the extension tries to do that for you.

If you have confirmed that the file is there and are still having issues, Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Sounds good.

I am viewing my site now via FileZilla and don’t see it. Do I upload it to the main folder that houses my site… the root folder?

And sorry, I can’t open a ticket on WooCommerce. When I log in, it ask me to connect this account and that account, and no username/ password seems to work. If I try to reset my password, it doesn’t recognize my email/ user name. If I try to start a new account with a different email, it says I am already logged in and go back to “connect this account and that account.”

Also, it’s best to open your own thread for new questions.

I am marking this as resolved.
