You can attach the invoice PDF to the manual “Customer invoice / Order details” email under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, then you can send this email from the order details page either from the “Order Actions” panel on the right sidebar (“Email Invoice / Order details”) or from the “Send Order Email” panel. There is no single button for this.

The problem is when I do that WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, then you can send this email from the order details page either from the “Order Actions” panel on the right sidebar (“Email Invoice / Order details”) or from the “Send Order Email” panel.
I did a test product to test the email invoice but Im still receiving the woocommerce template instead of this plugin template

I think there’s a misunderstanding here. The email is not altered by this, but if you enable the attachment, there’s a PDF sent with the email, which is from this plugin.

Could you post a screenshot of your attachment settings under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice?
The second screenshot is showing the email, and if you have attached the PDF to this email, it should show up as an attachment (I can’t tell if it does from the screenshot)? This would be in addition to the order details in the email itself.

That looks all good. Is the PDF file not attached to the email shown in https://prnt.sc/omhcb3?
