How to Learn

I just recently bought a domain name and put up a roughly-constructed site using wordpress. But, I’d like to learn and actually understand computer coding and design and php/css/etc.

I’m a complete beginner. What steps should I take to learn? What should I learn first, read first, understand first, and where do I go from there?
