    Can you make sure you are using the new authentication code?
    Secondly, can you try doing in private window, as there might be issue of browser cache..

    I just tried a different computer and incognito/private and it doesn’t seem to work. Even when I use a new code:

    Should I change CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER back to true and try incognito? Our site does use https…

    Yes change CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER to true and try.

    Also try to authenticate with another Google account. Your account might have some privacy and would be rejecting the request. You can allow access via Google Security.

    Lastly also ask your hosting provider if CURL is enable for you.

    We didn’t hear back from you. Were you able to authenticate with your Google Account?

    I have same problme. I followed the instruction by changing true to false, but I’m still unable to save.
    I also tried with incognito browser and still same issue.

    Sorry, I just noticed your reply and opened an new thread. As I mentioned in my thread, I read most of your suggestions and tried them. Non worked. I confirm that curl is working in my host (I check with host provider and they sent me the version (curl information: 7.65.3)

    I don’t see any error in log.txt in plugin folder.

    Yes, We’ll definitely help you to solve your issue, if your issue is from the plugin.

    Sometimes it may happens due to curl, due to ssl etc. Also sometimes it requires more troubleshooting.
