It sounds like we’re missing some background information here. Out of the box, WooCommerce already includes the regular price of a product in the order confirmation email. If you’re seeing something different, would you mind elaborating on that in a bit more detail? If you have any screenshots handy, that’d be great as well 🙂

Right, so that email template hooks in the order details, so you’ll need a custom coded solution in order to include the sale price.
This is a bit dated, but gives a good idea of what you’ll be looking to do on the email template.
Long story short, that’s actually a fairly complex undertaking and I’m not aware of any plugins that offer that specific functionality. I would recommend reaching out to a developer via Customize WooCommerce to see if they might be able to create a custom solution for you.
