Translation issue

I’m trying to translate the Account page to Bulgarian using .po and .mo files. Everything is working properly except the “Are you sure you want to delete your account? This will erase all of your account data from the site. To delete your account enter your password below” paragraph. I defined its translation in the .po file but it doesn’t translate. That’s the only thing that doesn’t want to translate.
