Edit “About” field in sidebar?

    How do I edit the “ABOUT” field in the sidebar of the blog? I tried finding it in the “admin” section like the field says, but I could only find an “about” page to edit–which does not alter the sidebar.

    Go to Appearance > Widgets –> You might be able to edit it thre
    Go to the admin section of your theme –> You might be able to edit it there

    -or-

    Go to your sidebar.php file –> The chance is pretty high that you can edit it there.
