Webhook endpoint issue

Hi,
I tried to add a webhook end point but receiving this error message.
You passed an empty string for ‘enabled_events’. We assume empty values are an attempt to unset a parameter; however ‘enabled_events’ cannot be unset. You should remove ‘enabled_events’ from your request or supply a non-empty value.
can you help to solve the problem?
