Hi,
I just tested with Divi 3.26.3 + LSCWP 2.9.8.3 , didn’t see any issue, the builder is loading correctly on my test.
Please try :
1. if you set Disable all features to ON , in debug tab , will it works ?
2. if above is true , please also try reset LSCWP setting to default and see if it works ?
3. Do you see any error in dev tool console ?

I have to inform you that I am not a webside maker.
I made only my side 🙂 so its hard to say I see errors 😉
But divi builder is back after resET settings LSCHWP.
But the side loads slower (google speed test).
What can I turn on to make it faster and not desroy it.

Hi,
If it works fine by after reset , then it means the issue was created by one of the features , I think it might be JS combine.
A simple solution is that
go to LSCWP, setting , tab [6] Tuning , about the bottom of the page, there is a option called “URI Excludes” , please add et_fb=1 into that box and save it.
This action will exclude the builder page from optimization to avoid problem.

You are right. “Comine of java” is causing the problem with loading divi builder.
I set “et_fb=1” but it didn’t help.
Are you sure it is right? My firt thougt was that it has someting in common with facebook 😉

Text from footer, for example “private policy” is appear in the middle of site when divi builder is turned on.
Nothing changes on front of the webside, but working with divi builder is harder when CSS is combine.
Hmmm… I checked it and problem disppeared 😉

After the update the divi theme I’m facing the same problem. Then I’m ROLLBACK to the previous version from Divi Theme Options updates tab.
