So I’m trying to sell a bunch of stuff but after I put some information for a item and start on the next some of the information from the product before is deleted in a bunch of the fields.

Are your items locked or unlocked. Please see the difference here – About locked vs unlocked listings

Also, with issues like this, we’ll need more details like what kind of information are you adding and what was deleted…
