Email subscriber popup not working

There appears to be a syncing issue between my popup form and the “subscribers” list in the plugin. Multiple people have told me they’ve subscribed to my website since July 8, yet they haven’t showed up in my subscribers list. I typically get 1-2 new subscribers each day, yet per the dashboard, I haven’t received a new one in nearly 3 weeks. Can you please help me resolve this issue? It may have been triggered from the last update, which occurred around 3 weeks ago.
