payment with 2 prices

Hello,
in my price calculator I have 2 prices, the first without VAT and the second with VAT. I want to buy the professional plugin version because I want the purchase option with paypal. My question: clicking on the purchase button which total does it take? I want to buy with paypal the total with VAT. No the cost without VAT. How does it work?
