Developer marks unresolved support topics as resolved

    Updates 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 causing/caused major issues on many sites. I felt author developer trying to “hide / mask” these issues by giving half answers and marking many that are not resolved as resoled. I’ve lost trust and respect. 1/8 star review

    @shirtguy72 sorry if you are having any issues in 3.0.1. The main 3.0 issues have been resolved with the latest update. Please let me know what issues you are seeing still and I would be happy to work with you to resolve them. Thanks!

    Okay, unless you can share the issues you’re having with 3.0.1 I cannot help you further. Other than some conflicts with Fusion builder and WP Reviews plugin I do not know of any remaining issues in 3.0.1 at this point in time.

    I have some advise, it may be poor but its something… Version 3.0.2 should be a near exact clone of version 2.1.10 with the exception that you add “Security fixes and hardening” from 3.0.0 (without all the other stuff) see if that works.

    Thank you for your feedback. Our 3.0 release is here to stay. We are doing our best (working very long days right now) to ensure we quickly address all issues which are brought to our attention.
