Apple Pay Not Showing

    Hello,
    I am having trouble with the Apple Pay button showing up on my product pages and checkout. It was working perfectly fine before. No new plugins installed or themes changed, but now I have customers claiming that they can’t see the Apple Pay option. The Buy Now button is working perfectly fine on Android devices. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
    Thank you, however, the customers who are having this issue are in the US. Many are reaching out to me because they had previously been able to use Apple Pay and aren’t right now.

    Hi there,

    Do you see the Apple Pay button on your device? I’m not in the supported region so I can’t test this. But here’s the steps you can take to test the button on your device:

    First, ensure that Apple Pay works on your own device. It’s possible that the device itself is not compatible or fully set up with Apple Pay.

    Setting up Apple Pay on your device is straightforward:

    Once you’re certain that your testing device is compatible with Apple Pay, make sure the domain verification process went through properly. This may be preventing Apple Pay from showing up:

    Hi there,

    We haven’t heard from you in a bit. Just checking in to see if you still have the problem with the Apple Pay button not showing.

    I have checked and we got a couple of similar instances with other users. The fix for it is to delete and re-add the domain http://www.revivalapparel.co to https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apple_pay

    Thank you so much @thup90 for the response! I’ve tried to delete and re-add the domain, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. I’ll try to delete and reinstall the plugin to see if that solves the problem.
