WP- Cache – How Does the Expiry Work?

    So – I”m trying to make sure that the cache is working on my blog. I’ve got two different browsers open, one logged in, one not. If I make changes to posts, I was expecting the logged-out browser not to show them initially, but sure enough, it shows changes right away. Is this the way it’s supposed to work?
